A secure payment link will be provided to the client via WhatsApp or Email through an authorized and regulated payment provider (Stripe / Klarna / PayPal).
The client is solely responsible for entering accurate payment details. The company shall not be liable for any failed transactions or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete data submitted by the client.
A booking shall only be considered valid and confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and a formal confirmation notice has been issued by the company.
All payments are deemed final, binding, and strictly non-refundable once completed and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Amendments or rescheduling are subject to availability and may incur additional administrative or service fees as determined by the company and/or third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, ground operators).
In the event of visa refusal, failure to travel (no-show), or circumstances beyond the control of the company (including but not limited to local regulations, government restrictions, airline/ferry cancellations, hotel policy changes, or force majeure events), all payments shall remain non-refundable.
The client acknowledges and agrees that service charges, administrative costs, and third-party handling fees are non-recoverable in all cases.
Upon receipt of payment, the client will be furnished via WhatsApp or Email with:
A copy of the Booking Terms & Conditions.
Initial Booking Details, including a summary of services purchased.
A Final Booking Confirmation will then be formally issued by the company and delivered to the client by WhatsApp or Email.
The company reserves the right to modify or update booking details should suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels) make changes beyond the company’s control. The client will be informed promptly of any such modifications.
By completing payment through the secure link, the client irrevocably agrees to these Payment & Booking Terms and waives any right to claim refunds outside of the scope of these conditions.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback claim, the company reserves the right to provide comprehensive supporting evidence to the payment provider, which may include but is not limited to:
WhatsApp or email correspondence with the client.
Official payment confirmation receipts.
Booking records, invoices, and service confirmations.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any costs, penalties, or legal expenses incurred as a result of unjustified or fraudulent chargeback claims.
These Terms form an integral and binding part of the contractual agreement between the client and the company.
By proceeding with payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the payment processing location.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the location where the payment was processed.
